1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("customer", "you"), and Udaipur to Ahmedabad Taxi ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of our transport booking portal and taxi services.

By scheduling a taxi through our website, phone booking line, or WhatsApp desk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to remain bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Cab Booking Policy

We provide intercity car rental services matching the passenger counts and luggage capacity details provided during reservation. Please review the following booking terms:

• Vehicle Allotment: Vehicles are allotted based on choice categories (Sedan, SUV, Innova) rather than specific vehicle colors or models.
• Driver Details Delivery: Driver phone number, vehicle registration number, and taxi images are sent to your registered mobile number 2 hours prior to scheduled departure.
• Luggage Capacity Limits: Luggage carriers are provided on top of SUV vehicles when requested during booking. Passenger counts must not exceed government permit limits.

3. Fares & Payment Terms

All travel quotes are calculated transparently. Fares are subject to the following rules:

• Fare Components: Quotes include fuel, driver allowance, and basic vehicle rental. Toll taxes, state border permits, and parking charges are excluded unless explicitly specified as "inclusive" in your booking ticket.
• Payment Milestones:
  • A booking advance of 20% is required to secure multi-day tours or wedding car rentals.
  • 50% of the remaining fare must be paid to the driver at the start of the trip.
  • The balance must be cleared upon reaching the destination.

4. Cancellation & Refund Rules

We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations must be communicated to our booking coordinator. Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

5. Customer Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and pleasant journey for both passengers and our driving team, passengers must adhere to the following conduct policies:

• Prohibited Substances: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of illegal items inside the taxi is strictly prohibited.
• Safe Conduct: Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times when the vehicle is in motion.
• Route Deviations: Drivers will follow optimal routes suggested by navigation apps. Unscheduled halts or route deviations requested by passengers may incur extra per-kilometer charges.

6. Liability Disclaimers

We work tirelessly to ensure timely service, but we are subject to certain conditions beyond our control. Please note the following liability exclusions:

• Delay Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays caused by heavy traffic jams, highway road repairs, flat tires, mechanical breakdowns, or bad weather conditions.
• Alternative Transit: In case of mechanical breakdown during the trip, we will make reasonable arrangements to provide an alternative cab within 60–90 minutes.
• Lost Items: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While our drivers inspect the vehicle after drops, we are not liable for items left behind in the cab. We will assist you in contacting the driver if you lose an item.

7. Governing Laws & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and your use of our taxi services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rajasthan and the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
